            it is another hot sunny one here.

               I would like to thank everyone for

             for my fundraiser Garden Tea ~

    

Saturday August 9

                    all tickets are now SOLD OUT!

                                                                  So, I will be busy picking bouquets.
                                                                           

                                                                       Getting out my prettiest china.

                                                                        using my teapots

                                                                         and prettiest teacups.

                                                                            Making scones.

                                                                           and preserves

                                                                           Setting my tables.

                                                                    Weeding the garden

                                                             getting my lace and linens ready.

                                              And finally getting out best Afternoon Tea
                                                        dress!

                                                        Before, I start in on that though we have
                                                        been busy getting the garden ready to
                                                        host our special Southern Gardener's
                                                       coming with Allan Armitage ~ a well
                                                       known professor of horticulture at the
                                                       University of Georgia, U.S. where he
                                                       teaches,conducts research and runs the
                                                       University of Georgia Horticulture Gardens.
                                                         He is also the author of several books.

                                                          They are coming to our garden on Friday
                                                        morning and touring several other gardens
                                                        as well.

                                                        Also, since the garden will be all tidy and
                                                         looking it's best, we are having an open
                                                         garden on Saturday evening 6 ~ 8 pm.
                                                         rain or shine for anyone interested.
