Last Garden Tour of August

                                                                 

                                                                          Hello everyone,

                                              I hope you are enjoying the weekend. It is already time
                                             to welcome September but before we do I am touring
                                             the end of August garden one last time this year.
                                             After coming home from Basinhead beach last
                                           evening I did a little tour around the garden and had to
                                           go back in for my camera to capture the beauty of the
                                           phlox hydrangea etc.

                    We do have a lot of varieties of phlox in the 

              garden and they have done well this year.

                                                       Phlox and hydrangeas are the main
                                                        show in our garden right now.

                                                       monkshood flopped over them.

                                                        Kyushu hydrangea is a beauty!

                                                           The new arbor is blending in nicely
                                                           with Virginia creeper and clematis.
